Over the course of many years, I worked my way into Tech Art and Art Director roles for some of the best companies, with some of the best people and teams in the industry. Previous work include NBA2K series, EA’s Madden Football, EA’s FIFA series, Civilization Revolution 2(Mobile), GunJack 2(VR), Battlefront 2, Battlefield V, Anthem, and many others.

Production Scalability

Sharing an area of production that's not often considered or are absent of a bigger dialogue. What is "production scalability? When you are starting a project, what questions do you need to consider with scalability in mind? How do you or your team improve the workflow? In this talk, we will discuss some principles and examples that goes into this. 

This session is open to all Audience, and it will shed some light on some of the considerations that needs to be taken as a studio/project grows and scales.
